Monday 1. November: Preparation of Exposition area.
Tuesday 2. November
13.00 – 15.00 EXPO opening– Official opening and lunch for conference participants in Expo area. Lunch for exhibitors from 12:00 -12:45.
19.00 – 22.00 Dinner for conference participants in Expo area – Evening event and get together
Wednesday 3. November
10.00 – 16.00 Exposition opening hours:
10.00 – 15.00 Expo opens for other invited guests
10.15 – 10.45 Break in EXPO area for conference track 2 + 3
12.00 – 14.00 Standing lunch in expo area for conference track 2 + 3
14.50 – 15.30 Break in Expo area for conference participants
16.00 Exposition ends

Accommodation: Many hotel rooms in Elverum area have been reserved for conference attendees, but Hamar 30 km to the west has a variety of hotels.
